Day 1 - Flinders Ranges National Park

Head off bright and early at 7 am to begin your adventure across the Nullarbor! Heading north, stop in at Clare for a quick coffee before continuing on to the ancient Southern Flinders Ranges. The fossils found in this landscape are so unique that when they were discovered, geologists had to revise the geologic timeline of the Earth’s history and identified a new era called the Ediacaran period!

Next, hike Alligator Gorge where you’ll have lunch and explore the pristine Warren Gorge. This is where you’ll be spending the night. Before you snuggle into your swag beneath the Southern Cross, keep your eyes out for the Yellow-Footed rock wallaby.

Today you'll drive approximately 4 hours in total with stops along the way. Warren Gorge is a bush camping site (no facilities), and your lunch and dinner are included.

Day 2 - Coodlie Park & the Eyre Peninsula

It's an early morning today as you head off for the incredible Dutchmans Stern hike.

Next up, it’s time to head to the coast to explore Venus Bay (watch dolphins) and Talia Caves. And then, hit the road to the Lake Newland sand dunes where adrenaline junkies can test out their sandboarding skills!

This afternoon you’ll pull in to Coodlie Park, where company owner Hassie will cook up a delicious BBQ feast! Share stories with travellers from our other tour around the campfire before spending the night in a unique little swag hut.
