What's excluded

Souveniers and any additional purchases made on the day itself are at own expense.

The twirling green Yarra Valley Hills have welcomed visitors for over 150 years. Bring your friends and sip from world-renowned red, white and sparkling wines. Friendly winemakers will welcome you to their very own homesteads with locally-grown, gourmet food.

It’s a full day out among the gum trees and open sky of the Yarra Valley. This tour will let you enjoy Yarra Valley Winery Region in style.

After your inner city pick-up. We'll  take you to beautiful Rochford winery to kick-off the day with some joyful tastings. Rochford Winery will amaze you with its many award-winning wines, from decadent cabernet sauvignons to crisp chardonnays and smooth pinots.

Lunch at Rochford Winery

After lovely wine tastings at Rochford, we will enjoy a light lunch at the restaurant overlooking the vines and gardens. You'll have the option to choose between 4 menus (incl. 1 gluten free option and 1 vegetarian option). All freshly prepared by the resident chef. Please let us know about any dietary requirements by leaving a comment in the booking form.

Visit award-winning wineries

Throughout the rest of the day, you will be guided around the winding roads of the green Yarra Valley. We will be visiting no less than three wineries in total. All wineries offer nothing but greatness in wine tourism. Each has its specific international flair.  Dominique Portet will showcase its traditional French style wines including sparkling and rosé.

Killara Estate Winery will be our last stop. Italian inspired wines, delicious antipasto plates,  and some of the best views in the Yarra Valley await us there. Alternatively, we could finish the day at Hanrahan’s Winery; a relaxed boutique winery with rolling hills, splendid wine and delicious cheese platters!

Napoleone Cider House and Brewery

This day is not only about wine. At this rustic, inviting cider house, you will be offered a generous tasting of one ale and four ciders. If you are new to cider, be prepared for a taste bud delight. The Yarra Valley has been the home of cider since the 1900s. Three generations of the Napoleone family have been in the cider game. The ciders you will taste are brewed on site, using only premium estate-grown apples and pears, and with 100% fresh juice: no concentrates, no additives, and they are even gluten free!

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie

Indulge on free chocolate and watch the French and Belgian chocolatiers create over 250 different chocolate and truffle varieties. You will most likely take something delicious with you from the ‘Great Wall of Chocolate’. Be prepared for mind-blowing sweet treats, such as chocolates with nuts and fruits from the Chocolaterie’s orchard of plums,  cherries, apricots, almonds, citrus and more. And on a hot day, what could be better than delicious home-made ice cream?

Gateway Estate Farmhouse

At Gateway Estate, you will have the pleasure of tasting the best seasonal local products such as stone fruit, berries and apples, as well as a selection of local cheeses and delights. Gateway Estate also accommodates an indoor ‘U-pick’ greenhouse with strawberry picking available most of the year. Do not miss out on the Gateway strawberry liqueurs and ports and try the famous ‘strawberry shot-cake’!
