<h3>Lantern Ghost Tours Terms</h3>

1. For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, venues and Lantern Ghost Tours&#39; staff, latecomers will not be admitted. No refund or exchange available for latecomers. 
2. In order to offer quality tours at affordable prices, all experiences are non refundable. 
3. Change of date permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice for 3 hour paranormal investigations and ghost tours. There is a reschedule fee of $10 per order to change date. Non-attendance and late cancellation voids your order. 
4. Change of date permitted with a minimum of 7 days notice for private tours and overnight paranormal investigations. There is a reschedule fee of $39 per order to change date. Non-attendance and late cancellation voids your order. 
5. Tours run rain, hail or shine. Please dress appropriately. 
6. If Lantern Ghost Tours needs to cancels a tour for any reason, we are happy to offer a new date/gift cards/hold as credit to use towards any LGT experience. We cannot be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs the guest has incurred due to cancellation of our tours. 
7. In order to keep tour prices low and ensure guests are serviced in the fairest manner, places cannot be held for tours without full payment. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. 
8. Once booked and paid, your order details will be sent via email. You must be on our guest list in order to join the tour. It is advised to bring a copy of your ticket on your smart phone. 
9. In order to ensure your safety, flat, comfortable, closed shoes and weather relevant clothing must be warn or admission may be refused. 
10. In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, any guest under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission without a refund. 
11. We visit historic locations that may include stairs, dark alleyways, public roads and other hazards. Lantern Ghost Tours&#39; staff ensure all care is taken for your safety during the tour, however, by purchasing a tour you agree that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to your person or property and you release the venue, Lantern Ghost Tours and booking agents from any and all liability resulting from the negligence of the venue and its owners, officers, employees or agents. You agree to indemnify and hold Lantern Ghost Tours, the venue and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any liability resulting from the negligence of the venue, company and its owners, officers, employees or agents. You certify that you are in good physical health and able to undertake and engage in the range of tour activities in which you choose to participate. This waiver, release and indemnification agreement includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of (a) use of all amenities and equipment in the venue and your participation in any activity, (b) sudden unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment and (c) slipping or falling while on tour, in a venue or on venue premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver, release and indemnification agreement and fully understand that it is a release of liability. For yourself and your heirs, executors and assigns you acknowledge and agree that you have been fully informed of and acknowledge, assume and accept the risks inherent in attending a walking tour. 
12. Customer details will not be shared with any third parties. When purchasing a ticket, your email address will be added to the Lantern Ghost Tours database. Newsletters with company updates will be sent from time to time. You may choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter and be removed from the database at any time. 
13. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted on tours. Each tour has individual age restrictions. Please refer to each tour description for age restrictions. 
14. Intoxicated guests and abusive or explosive behavior by patrons on tour will not be tolerated. Your tickets will be void and you will be denied entry or asked to leave. 
15. Strictly no filming without prior consent. Personal photographs permitted. 
16. A credit card processing fee of 2.9% applies
