This tour starts and finishes in Darwin, Northern Territory. Pick-up is from your Darwin accommodation at approximately 6:30am on Day 1, with return to Darwin at approximately 4:00pm on Day 4. The nearest airport is Darwin International Airport (DRW).

Solo travellers are welcome. Accommodation is in twin-share permanent eco tents with shared facilities. The supplier does not mention a single supplement or solo room option.

This tour is suitable for travellers aged 8 years and over with a moderate level of fitness. You'll enjoy short hikes and swims of up to 4 km per day, sometimes over rocky or uneven terrain. As this is a participatory camping tour, guests are expected to help with simple tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning up.

Every traveller is different and therefore spending money requirements will vary. Some travellers may drink more than others while others like to purchase more souvenirs. Please also budget for optional purchases, drinks, souvenirs and any personal expenses during the tour.

Bring a 2L water bottle, lightweight clothing, long-sleeved shirts and pants for sun protection, warm layers for cooler nights, comfortable closed-in hiking shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, torch or headlamp, power bank, chargers, toiletries, insect repellent, personal medication, towel and a day pack. A sleep sheet and ear plugs are optional.

You may bring one soft bag weighing up to 10 kg, plus one carry-on day pack. Hard suitcases are not permitted.

You'll stay for 3 nights in twin-share permanent eco tents on raised wooden platforms. Each tent includes a bed, mattress, pillow, sleeping bag and bottom sheet. Camps feature shared hot showers, flushing toilets, screened kitchen and dining areas, and a swimming pool.

A moderate fitness level is required. Guests should be comfortable walking on uneven and rocky terrain, swimming in natural waterholes, and getting on and off the cruise vessels. This tour is not suitable for children under 8 years.

This tour visits remote regions where medical facilities are limited. If you have any medical conditions or take medication, you must advise the supplier before departure. Mobile phone coverage is intermittent, although guides carry satellite phones for emergencies. Travellers aged 70 years and over are required to complete a medical form before travel.
