No. Phones, cameras, watches, jewellery, smart or recording glasses and other personal items must be stored securely in the lockers at Base.
You should be mentally and physically capable of completing the climb and able to climb stairs independently. A capability test may be required before participation.
Pregnant guests may participate up to 20 weeks at their own risk. A GP check is recommended, and a safety harness must be worn.
The climb is not suitable for guests with certain conditions, including neck or back problems, heart disorders, high or low blood pressure, recent surgery, illness or injury, or other adverse medical conditions.
Climbs generally operate in most weather conditions, but may not proceed during electrical storms, hail storms or high winds. Rain jackets are provided when needed.
Yes, all children 6-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst climbing. (Children between 6-9 must have 1 adult to 1 child ratio and children between 10-16 can have 1 adult to 3 children ratio). Please note, children under the age of 6 will be unable to participate in the climb.
