Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and fully enclosed, secure rubber-soled shoes. A Climb Suit and safety equipment are provided.
Climbs generally operate in most weather conditions, including rain. Rain jackets are provided when needed, but the climb may be changed, delayed or rescheduled for safety or operational reasons.
Participants may climb up to 20 weeks of pregnancy, at their own risk. A GP check is recommended, and you should advise the Climb Leader before the climb.
Yes, provided you can comfortably climb stairs independently. A GP Certificate of Fitness issued within three months of the climb is recommended.
Yes, all children 6-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst climbing. (Children between 6-9 must have 1 adult to 1 child ratio and children between 10-16 can have 1 adult to 3 children ratio). Please note, children under the age of 6 will be unable to participate in the climb.
