Maggie is still very much involved in the Farm Shop, and supporting the team to develop new experiences and developing new products for the range. We are unable to confirm ahead of time whether Maggie will be at The Farm Shop, as she is spending a lot of time these days working on her charity, The Maggie Beer Foundation. 

Parking at the Farm Shop and The Farm Eatery is limited, however there is a second 'overflow' parking area which is suitable for caravans and RVs. Please follow the signage on the day to the parking available on the right hand side of the driveway.

Extended parking is available for guests with larger vehicles in the Farm Shop overflow parking. 

When entering the car park, please follow the signage to additional parking. 

All experiences are able to accommodate special dietary requests, provided that you let our team know before you arrive. We appreciate where possible that a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided to ensure that your requests can be considered. 

You are able to let us know in the booking comments when making a reservation online. If you have missed adding the comments, please submit a support ticket and we will update your reservation. 

We understand that at times, you may be running late for your pre-booked experience. To ensure that all other guests who have booked and arrived are accommodated at their booked time - the tour operator won't be able to hold the experience until your arrival. 

Subject to availability, they may be able to move you to another experience time on the date that you have booked. 

Please note, refunds are not able to be provided for experiences where you have not cancelled the booking prior to the allowable time outlined in your booking terms and conditions.
