The two main hot spots to arrive into New Zealand are Christchurch and Auckland. This program can be for both of these cities, and it can be used if you are heading elsewhere in New Zealand.


After you've made the decision to join our program, you will be contacted by WE Travel New Zealand no more than 48 hours after your purchase with Backpacker Deals with your log in details for the member's area.

Anyone who is applying for or already on a working holiday or work visa in New Zealand. Don't hesitate to ask if you aren’t sure, but we can pretty much help anyone!

If you have an airport transfer with us, we'll welcome you off the plane! If you don't, you'll have your bank appointment and NZ Life session booked in, so your first week is already planned for you. We're here to help at any time pre or post arrival, so feel free to get in touch.

YES! Absolutely, we have connections all across New Zealand, so everything still applies. If you choose not to come to Christchurch, you will have your NZ Life session over Skype.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The customer agrees that use of the service is entirely at customer’s own risk.

  2. The customer acknowledges that he/she has exercised his/her own skill and knowledge in determining whether the service provided under this specific agreement meets his/her specific requirements and he/she have not relied on any statements or representations made by the supplier or its employees, agents, affiliates, content providers, or related companies.

  3. The supplier reserves the right to alter the specification of products as necessary and offer an equivalent or better product in the event of stock anomalies


Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, WE Travel New Zealand will happily reimburse you, less a $150 administration fee, as long as notice of cancellation is received prior to 7 days of arrival into New Zealand.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline (7 days or less prior to arrival) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Same day cancellations will be accepted with 100% refunded to the customer.

No show will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No show defines a customer that did not contact us prior to his arrival and did not arrive in New Zealand at the date specified when purchasing. If your arrival date changes, flick us an email and we'll update your file. Your package has no expiry.

Cancellations will only be accepted via email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used for payment.

Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to use their package.

All refund requests must be made by the customer or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the customer and transaction number.
