Auckland Bridge Climb

The weight restrictions vary by product, here are a list of the minimum and maximum weights. There are no height restrictions on Bungy Jumping or Swinging, but all Bridge Climbers must be 120cm

No cameras, mobile phones, loose clothing or equipment can be carried on the Bridge, due to safety reasons. All Climbers must wear our Bridge Climb Suits- Wet weather gear will be provided if needed. Clothing requirements: Covered footwear must be worn on the Bridge Climb experience.
The supplier must be informed of any medical conditions of all customers.
Participation in adventure activities involves a degree of risk. All customers will be required to sign a waiver upon activity check-in.
Please note that the bookings are processed manually and please chat to us before making the booking or you can book with us and your booking is confirmed only once confirmed by the tour operator.
In the event that a booking is cancelled, the following fees will apply:
Cancellations at any time: 100% of the total cost (However, if the weather prevents a person from Bungy Jumping or a customer is deemed unable to Bungy Jump by the Operations Crew due to medical reasons, there is no cancellation fee)
Changes to bookings more than 48 hours before departure: no fee
Changes to bookings within 48 hours of departure: $50 change fee
This represents the consumer policy of the supplier for online purchases.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued 30 days after receipt of goods or 30 days after the intended booking date.
Any disputes under this policy can be lodged in writing to the supplier later than 30 days following the intended booking date.

The supplier takes the securing of information and client owned information seriously. Information security policies and practices have been developed by a qualified security professional and are enforced.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information (electronic or otherwise) in the custody of the supplier by ensuring industry best practices are being adhered to.
You have the right to expect that information which is collected and stored by the supplier is accurate, up to date and secure.
You have the right to expect that information will not be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of marketing.
You have the right to "opt out" of any regular communication by the supplier which is not necessary to the provision of services. To notify the supplier of an intention to opt out of a particular communication, please contact the supplier.
