Snow equipment and clothing hire can be arranged on arrival at Lake Mountain directly with the resort, this is at the guest’s own expense payable direct to the resort. We do not book or take payment for any of these items.

Meals are not provided on this tour. We believe it is important for our trips to support the local economy, so guests are given the opportunity to purchase food throughout the day either at Lake Mountain Resort or in the township of Marysville. Alternatively, guests can bring their own food.

If there is no snow on the mountain guests will be given the option to travel on another day or receive a full refund. This usually only occurs at the beginning and the end of the snow season. If the road to Lake Mountain is closed due to weather conditions (in the morning) the order of the tour itinerary may vary until such time as the road reopens. In extreme weather conditions, this tour will be cancelled and guests can either reschedule for another travel date or received a full refund.
