Cancellation by the traveller &nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 
	- 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit 
	- between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost 
	- 14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking</li>
	<li>If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.</li>
</ul>

Cancellation by us

<ul>
	<li>Our trips are guaranteed to depart once they have one fully paid traveller unless minimum group size specifically states otherwise. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.</li>
	<li>If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Booking amendments&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 56 days prior to the proposed departure date. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>A fee of $200 per person per change will apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines). &nbsp;If you notify us less than 56 days prior to the proposed departure date, the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply.</li>
	<li>Amendments to any other arrangements made in conjunction with your trip will incur a $130 administration fee per booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>No amendments are permitted to your booking within 10 days of departure.</li>
</ul>

Set off on a short but sweet road trip from Adelaide to Melbourne and experience southern Australia&#39;s wild natural beauty. Drive through the Adelaide Hills, learn about local Aboriginal history in the Grampians National Park and soak up the dramatic horizon rendered by the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. Be captivated by each twist of the Great Ocean Road&#39;s turn, spot wild koalas at Kennett River and stop by some famed surf locations before finishing up in artsy and eclectic Melbourne. 
 
Itinerary: 
 
Day 1: Adelaide to The Grampians 
Leaving Adelaide in the morning, drive across the state border into Victoria and enter the Grampians. Go for a walk to view the Jaws of Death, hike down to McKenzie Falls and take in the incredible views from Reeds Lookout. Gain an insight into the customs of the land&#39;s traditional owners during a stop-in at the Brambuck Cultural Centre, then head into the heart of the Grampians, stopping en route for lunch. Last stop of the day will be a spot in the Grampians National Park where kangaroos, wallabies and koalas are often spotted. Tonight&#39;s accommodation is at either Brambuk Backpackers or the Grampians YHA. 
 
Note: Total driving time today is about seven and a half hours (approximately 550kms) 
Total walking time will be about two and a half hours (approximately 3.5kms)

Day 2: The Grampians to Melbourne 
After an early morning start, begin the journey along Australia&#39;s glorious Great Ocean Road. Explore Port Campbell National Park, checking out London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge and the iconic Twelve Apostles rock formation, then sit back and soak up the mesmerising coastal views en route. Experience a guided walk through an ancient and rare temperate rainforest. Stop at Kennett River for the chance to spot koalas before passing through the charming beach towns of Apollo Bay and Lorne. Make the most of a great photo opportunity at some famed surf locations before we stop for a beach walk and then hit the highway back to Melbourne.
