How do I redeem my ticket?
Bus passes are redeemed with the bus driver at any of the 34 bus stops
If you have purchased the Explorer ticket, a 1 day Sydney harbour Hopper Cruise by Fantasea, with 5 stops including Darling
Harbour, Circular Quay, Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay and Manly is included. Please exchange your Big-Bus Fantasea voucher at Fantasea kiosks, located at Circular Quay - Wharf 6 or Darling Harbour, Pier 26

How many stops are there?

Can I get on and off at any of the included stops?
Passengers can join at any of the Big Bus stops.
The hop-on, hop-off facility enables you to get on and off the bus at a number of exciting places to explore at your leisure. You can take a break from your tour whenever you wish to visit attractions and landmarks and re-join the tour at your convenience.
Are suitcases permitted on board?
Suitcases (Including carry-on luggage) are not allowed on the bus due to space constraints and passenger safety. Third party luggage storage facilities are available close to stop 1 and stop 12/24.

SYDNEY TOUR
Departs and finishes at Stop 1 – George St cnr Alfred St, Circular Quay.
First Tour starts at 9.00am. Frequency 30 minutes. Duration: 1hour 30minutes.
Last Bus: 4.00-4.15pm terminating at 6pm at Stop 1 – George St cnr Alfred St, Circular Quay.

BONDI & BAYS TOUR

Last Bus: 3.15pm terminating at 5pm at Pitt St, Bus Bay 18, Central Station.

Big Bus lower decks are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all.
There is space onboard for one wheelchair per bus.
Please note that the total weight of the customer, their assistant and mobility aid must not exceed 300kg due to the weight capacity of the boarding ramps.
