We&rsquo;re fortunate to regularly encounter marine animals on our ocean boat tour including bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins, long-nosed fur seals, turtles, penguins, sharks and many species of seabirds. Remember that these are all wild animals and we are not guaranteed to see them on any given day.

	<li>Rescheduling of a booking is permitted up to 48 hours from the designated departure time</li>
	<li>Passengers may be filmed/photographed during COASTXP experiences. COASTXP reserves the right to reproduce such film/photos for the continued promotion of COASTXP experiences only without notification, compensation or payment.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>If you do not wish to have your image taken at all during any COASTXP experience, please advise COASTXP staff prior to your departure date</li>
	<li>COASTXP may take unique images of each experience and its passengers, these images will be sent directly to passengers on that experience without disclosing each individual&#39;s contact details</li>
	<li>COASTXP reserves the right to refuse any passenger if COASTXP staff believe the passenger will compromise the safety of others</li>
	<li>In the case of extreme weather conditions please contact hello@coastxp.com the day before to confirm any possible cancellations</li>
	<li>COASTXP reserves the right to cancel, change or adapt any tour it sees fit allowing for weather, safety or equipment concerns</li>

	<li>Merchandise may take up to 15 business days to be delivered, please note refunds are only honoured in the event the item is damaged</li>
