Moderate fitness is required. Guests will do short hikes and swims (up to 4 km per day), sometimes over rocky or uneven terrain.
Yes, passengers with special meal requirements or food allergies MUST ensure they inform us at least 72 hours prior to the trip commencing. Food for the trip is purchased before commencement and special requirements cannot be catered for after departing. Due to the remote nature of our tours, food is basic but plentiful. We can cater for the following dietary requirements:

You’ll stay in comfortable multi-share hostel accommodation each night. Rooms are typically 4–10 mixed gender dorms, with shared bathroom facilities. All hostels provide basic amenities such as hot showers, flushing toilets, and communal areas to relax after a day of exploring.
