Cruises depart from Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club, located between Dunsborough and Busselton.

Recommended dress is smart casual and flat footwear. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing with a warm top, in case it gets cool on the water. A camera, hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are suggested.

If you would like to swim off the boat, please wear bathers and bring a towel &ndash; a swimming waiver will need to be signed on the day.

Dunsborough waters are very calm, however, if you suffer from motion sickness (or are not sure), please take medication prior to arriving.

With advance notice, we can cater for gluten-free, dairy-free and non-seafood diets &ndash; please advise us of special dietary requirements in the notes section of your booking, to ensure you receive our Alternative Menu. At least 72 hours&rsquo; notice is required for any special requirements. Notification of food intolerances on the day is unlikely to be able to be accommodated, as logistics are planned well in advance.

Please be aware, as we are a boat with limited cooking facilities, we cannot vary the menu a great deal. If you do have particular dietary requirements, please call us so we can consult with our chef.

We cannot take bookings from guests with anaphylactic allergies, as given our small cooking environment onboard, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

This tour requires all guests (under supervision from the crew) to step from the beach or very shallow water onto a tender boat (about 30cm), and then from the&nbsp;tender onto the main boat, and so you must be mobile enough to do this.&nbsp;If you have any people in your group with special mobility requirements, please contact us&nbsp;to discuss if this tour is suitable, before booking.

On arrival at the tour departure point at Quindalup, you will transfer out via tender boat to be welcomed aboard our 60ft deluxe charter boat, Reel Affair II with a gin cocktail.&nbsp;Breathe in fresh South West air and enjoy the ultimate vantage point&nbsp;of the region&#39;s&nbsp;most idyllic scenery&nbsp;as you relax on the upper sun lounge deck or lower main deck. Enjoy being hosted by our ultra-friendly,&nbsp;experienced crew who will provide expert commentary of&nbsp;the region.

We slowly cruise the coastline of Geographe Bay to see well-known beaches, bays and landmarks. Sip on premium beverages, served complimentary&nbsp;along the way, as we take in views of Old Dunsborough, Curtis Bay, Castle Rock, Meelup Beach, Point Picquet, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay. Please note, the cruise route may vary due to weather conditions.

While you cruise, indulge in an exquisite 7-course degustation feast, crafted by a private onboard chef. Reflecting the best of the region, the gourmet menu features an array of delicious WA seafoods and fresh local ingredients the South West is renowned for. Each course is accompanied by paired wines from the winemaker at Howard Park Wines, Margaret River.

While nestled in a tranquil bay, you can choose to dip your toes in, swim, snorkel or float in the crystal clear waters, or simply relax on deck and keep a lookout for&nbsp;dolphins or seals at play.&nbsp;Anchored close to shore, we transition to seated, white-tablecloth dining for main courses. Top off your magical afternoon watching the sunset over Cape Naturaliste, with views of stunning cliff formations and the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.

The Operator and/or its owners&nbsp;do not accept any responsibility whether in tort contract or otherwise for injury to, or death of, any of its passengers whether during a cruise, boarding or disembarking or on the ferry terminal boarding jetties or any other jetties or wharves used whilst passengers are on board, boarding or disembarking. Further no liability, either expressed or implied, will be accepted for the loss of damage of luggage or other personal items. If any term or condition contained herein shall be rendered null or void by the trade Practices Act 1974 as amended (&#39;the Act&quot;). This contract shall take effect as if any such term or condition be void but only to the extent that the same is inconsistent with the Act. The owner and/or operators reserve the right to alter schedules, prices and substitute one vessel with another if considered necessary. The owners and/or operators reserve the right to refuse entry to any vessel or property if it is deemed that a person is intoxicated, abusive or threatening any of the employees or passengers or patrons in the ticketing and retail shop. If the passenger disregards the dress code or any other directions given by the crew or staff of The Operator, it may result in being removed from the vessel or premises owned by the operator. In respect to any cancellation of a cruise, charter or function by the owners due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances including a minimum passenger requirement, they will endeavour to re-schedule the cruise within 12 months of the date that was cancelled. Please wear appropriate footwear - High heels are not suitable for The Operator&#39;s&nbsp;vessels, jetty or the boardwalk. Photographers may be present on cruises, tours, functions and charters and will take photographs that may be used in marketing material produced by The Operator. If you do not wish to be included in photographs of this nature, please advise the photographer at the time or crew member on board your cruise.

The Company reserves the right to alter future schedules and prices, or substitute one vessel with another if considered necessary, at any time.&nbsp;

The Company reserve the right to refuse Services if it is deemed that a Customer is intoxicated, abusive or threatening any of the Company&rsquo;s employees, contractors or passengers. No refund shall apply in this case.

If the Customer disregards any directions given by the Company&rsquo;s employees or contractors, it may result in being removed from the vessel or premises.&nbsp; No refund shall apply in this case.

In respect to any cancellation of any Service, the Company will endeavour to re-schedule the cruise within 12 months of the date that was cancelled.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).&nbsp;

Should the Customer cancel or amend their booking for any reason, any card administration fees incurred by the Company shall be retained from any refund and shall not be included in the amounts referred to below.&nbsp;

Any amendments or cancellations up to 14 days prior to the departure date may be refunded in full upon request. This policy applies for COVID border-related cancellations or amendments, or short-notice illness with COVID or other conditions.&nbsp;

For any amendments or cancellations from&nbsp;14 days up to 96 hours prior to the departure date, 50% ticket price may be refunded upon request.

For any amendments or cancellations from&nbsp;96 hours to the departure date, or failure to attend, will be charged 100% ticket price.

Should the Customer be unable to travel, the Company will make reasonable endeavours to re-schedule the Services. However, the Company shall be under no obligation to re-schedule the Services, as this may be uneconomic or logistically impossible.&nbsp;

If the Company agrees to reschedule the Services from 96 hours prior to start of the day of departure, and catering HAS been provided, the catering cost advised for that cruise will be charged, plus an administration fee of $25, which covers the staff cost of fulfilling catering orders related to those Services.

Should the Customer be unable to travel at any point, and the Customer wishes it, instead of a refund the Company will offer a credit to be used on any Sea West product, aside from its Christmas Lights Services. This shall remain valid for 3 years.
