The tour will often visit Australia&#39;s best Sparkling wine region on the east side of the Tamar Valley. Together, select from Clover Hill, Delamere, Jansz, the Bay Of Fires and Apogee Tasmania dependent on availability. There are also options&nbsp;on the west side of the Tamar Valley such a V&eacute;lo, Tamar Ridge, Winter Brook, Moores Hill and Holm Oak just to name a few.&nbsp;

However, the tour starts at&nbsp;Josef Chromy,&nbsp;where you&#39;ll learn about this Tasmanian wine legend with&nbsp;a professional wine presentation in the cellar door. Josef fled his war-torn Czech village in 1950 to escape Nazi and Soviet occupation, eventually emigrating to Australia. He&#39;s been pivotal in developing the Tasmanian food and wine industry, owning or developing famous vineyards such as Jansz, Heemskerk and Tamar Ridge. With 61 hectares of vines, Josef Chromy Wines produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.
