In some circumstances The Operator may also hold other personal information that has been provided by you.

We are required by law to obtain your consent to the collection of sensitive information. In order for us to provide the services you request, you consent to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Policy, unless you tell us otherwise.

When booking a tour through The Operator website, full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellation of a booking will incur the following fees:

&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Between 7 and 30 days before departure &ndash; 10% of total cost

&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Within 24 hours of departure &ndash; 100% of total cost

If travelling on a cruise ship, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE as from time to time the captain may cancel due to severe weather. In this event, due to the expenses involved in preparing for the cruise ship tours, we do NOT offer a refund. Please compare travel insurance policies as some will cover cancellation costs due to&nbsp; 
severe weather, while others may not, also check the excess. If you purchase the Cruise Ship companies travel insurance, they will not cover external tours.

The Operator uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Operator or any outside party.
