If you're visiting our aquarium, you'll find designated disabled parking spaces right in front of the building, as well as a ramp to the right of the entry stairs. The entry to the building and ticket office is through self-opening doors that are wide enough for wheelchairs. Once inside, you'll find a low counter to the right, and both level one and level two have a disabled toilet that includes a shower with a fixed fold-down seat, a detachable shower rose, and a baby change table.

To move between levels, there's an elevator located next to the escalator. The elevator is straight-through and does not require any turning or backing out. The aquarium pathways are wide, hard-surfaced, and provide a clear view of all exhibits from wheelchair height. On level two, you can also enjoy a touching experience from the same height.

The aquarium has two theatrettes that have tiered benches, and the top level is accessible for wheelchair users. However, the displays can still be fully enjoyed from that level. Adjacent to the aquarium is Dundee's Coffee Shop and Restaurant, which you can access from the aquarium foyer or via a ramp next to the stairs on Florence Street. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it features a unique fish tank wall. The seating is movable, and there are wide aisles that give you a full choice of dining location, whether inside or outside on the veranda.
