Wish you knew where the locals hung out at night? Wonder no longer! Your tour guide, Meaw, will take you through the very cool Rod Fai Night Market. This authentic open-air bazaar offers an incredible array of vintage collectables and memorabilia from yesteryear; from antique furniture to hippy fashions, you’ll find a souvenir for everyone here. The great thing about this market is that it’s more local than others; you won’t find as many tourists and foreigners here so you’ll really get to explore the authentic local culture.
Where else in the Thailand can you find a pristine 1950s Cadillac next to vintage leather jackets, French chandeliers and 1960s action figures from Japan? This unique area offers cool restaurants, bars and snack stalls open from sunset until midnight.
However, you don’t have to be into shopping or vintage items to enjoy this tour. Rod Fai Night Market is an interesting hip nightlife spot for many locals and is definitely not overcrowded with tourists. This market sits on an abandoned railway station owned by the State Railway of Thailand and has a separate section that used to be a warehouse. Check it out and follow the path that leads to the old railroad tracks not in use anymore and some old trains. You’ll be able to see some cool graffiti too. Hungry? Don’t fret, your stomach will have plenty of options. There are little bites, bigger meals, smoothies, drinks, local fruits and plenty of sweets to choose from.

18:15 - Arrive at the Rod Fai Night Market. Do some shopping, explore the local hangouts and grab some delicious street food here! The schedule is flexible and you’ll be able to discover what interests you most.
