Access via the Skyline Gondola opens at 9am 10am Thursday – Monday (closed Tues & Wed), all year round. Waiting times may vary depending on the time of the year. Due to daylight hours, Luge closing times change throughout the year. Please see the table below for the full list of closing times.

Upon completion of transaction a confirmation email will be sent to you with your receipt number. Print the receipt or present on your smartphone at the ticket counter when you arrive.
If you have purchased a Gonola or Luge photo you can download the image from our website. Photos are loaded 24 hours after they have been taken, select get photos and enter the code located on the bottom left corner of your photo.
Luge rides on a single ticket cannot be split over different days.
Yes you can purchase extra Luge rides from the top of the Gondola.

Children must be at least 6 years old and 110cm or taller to be allowed to ride the Green Track unaccompanied.
Children must be at least 6 years old and 135cm or taller to be allowed to ride the Blue Track unaccompanied.
Children under the age of 6 years old or under 110cm (but over 2 years old) can ride the Luge in tandem on the Green Track, with an adult aged 15+ years. Infants under 2 years old cannot ride the Luge.
