The following cancellation policy applies to all Air Milford bookings:

	<li>For flights cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the departure time, there will be no charge.</li>
	<li>For flights cancelled between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to departure time we reserve the right to charge a 10% booking fee.</li>
	<li>For flights cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure time, or in the case of a &lsquo;no show&rsquo;, you will be charged the full cost of the flight.</li>
	<li>Air Milford reserves the right to apply discretion in special circumstances.</li>
	<li>Cancelled flights on our behalf (due to weather etc.) will incur no charge.</li>

If the weather is looking inclement, flights can be moved to the next&nbsp;probable&nbsp;departure&nbsp;time or the next fine weather&nbsp;day.

Two of the fleet&rsquo;s five aircraft have all window seats. The remaining three aircraft have double &lsquo;bench&rsquo; seats, in which instance if the aircraft is full, then 3 passengers will be in the aisle row. These seats are ideal for couples that wish to sit together and have proven beneficial for anxious flyers.

Definitely a camera, a fully charged battery, and lots&nbsp;of free memory space! The temperature can be quite different in Milford Sound to Queenstown, so a jacket for the cruise boat is worth taking, as well as some comfortable walking shoes&nbsp;and some insect repellant.

Yes, they have complimentary pick up/drop off service to your centrally located accommodation in Queenstown. Pick up is usually 1hr before your departure time.&nbsp;Please note there is an additional charge from Hotels outside of the CBD, such as Matakauri Lodge (Glenorchy Road), Millbrook Resort (Arrowtown)&nbsp;or Nugget Point (Arthur&rsquo;s Point).

Child age is 2 -12 years old. Infants&nbsp;0 - 1 years fly for free, sitting on an adults lap with safety restraint, except in the instance of coach bookings, where the infants must pay for their seat for the coach segment of their excursion.

This is the&nbsp;only&nbsp;scenic flight&nbsp;company from&nbsp;Queenstown to showcase&nbsp;Mt Aspiring and&nbsp;Fiordland National Park&#39;s largest glaciers. These include Rob Roy, Bonar, Jura, Volta, Dart, Olivine, and Donne glaciers&nbsp;among many others, and of course,&nbsp;Milford Sound. Each tour is guaranteed to see at least five major glaciers.

After check-in, your pilot will provide a thorough&nbsp;pre-flight briefing&nbsp;on the route and scenic highlights to look out for. Departing from Queenstown airport at 8.00 am, the flight path tracks north over the world-famous&nbsp;Shotover Canyon, passing&nbsp;Lake Lochnagar&nbsp;to&nbsp;Mt Aspiring&nbsp;(tallest peak outside of the Mt Cook region at 10,000ft/3030m). New Zealand has 7 glaciers that span greater than 10 hectares, and the only one in the Southern Lakes happens to reside on the northern side of Mt Aspiring, called the&nbsp;Volta Glacier. This is a highlight before turning west toward&nbsp;Milford Sound. 
 
 
 
 
On the&nbsp;next sector, the flight will soar down&nbsp;&lsquo;glacier alley&rsquo;&nbsp;with the&nbsp;Olivine Ice Plateau, a unique glacial amphitheater.&nbsp;Further west toward Milford Sound, the flight will&nbsp;link&nbsp;with the&nbsp;existing Milford flight path, over&nbsp;Mt Tutoko&nbsp;and the&nbsp;Donne and&nbsp;Age Glaciers, before capturing the Fiord of Milford, followed by a return flight back to Queenstown viewing the&nbsp;Arthur Valley and&nbsp;Lake Te Anau.&nbsp;This 1-hour scenic flight begins&nbsp;and ends&nbsp;in Queenstown, taking in the incredible scenery&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Southern Alps, Fiordland National Park, Glaciers, and&nbsp;Milford Sound.
