In the event, you have purchased a Private tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, the tour operator may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

	<li>73 hours - 6 days prior to the date of the tour - 50% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges</li>
	<li>72 hours or less will be charged 100% of the ticket</li>
	<li>Admin charges may apply for any cancellation</li>

Its about 2 to 2.5 hours drive each way from Auckland.

The tour spends around 2 hours on the set.

Your tour starts with a pick-up in a luxury vehicle from your hotel, cruise ship port or airport.

Take a two-hour scenic drive south of Auckland into Waikato, with a scenic stop for amazing photos. Once you arrive, spend 30-45 mins either shopping in the official Hobbiton gift shop or having a drink in the famous Shire&rsquo;s Rest Cafe.&nbsp;Now your Middle Earth journey begins.
