Manini Bhatia - Valley Tour

Unfortunately I didn’t have the money to do the heli-hike as well, but this guided valley walk was so good and interesting that I didn’t even mind! I went with my partner and had a guide named Kailie who was so helpful and informative and who talked to us the whole way and let us know really interesting facts about everything, including trying some of the pepper plant leaves which added a nice fun element to the walk. The walk was really nice, the timeframe to do it in was not too short and not too long, just perfect timing. The glacier was stunning to see and we also had access to a better lookout by going with a guide, which was a great experience. Had no issues with our tickets/vouchers purchased through Backpacker Deals and it was great to get a discount on our adventure too :) would definitely go through their website to purchase other activities in the future!

Participation in all adventure activities carries a degree of inherent risk and by participating in the activity provided by the supplier you are expressly assuming those risks personally and are, to the maximum extent permitted by law, waiving and releasing the supplier and its officers and employees and any subsidiary or related company from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses caused by any event including, but not limited to:

3. Acts which may be construed as negligent or accidental;

4. Any other loss, damage, suffering, emotional or nervous disorder.

2. You agree the laws New Zealand apply exclusively to these terms and conditions and that the Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree not to commence any litigation or proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and perils set out in clause 1 above and to indemnify the Operator against any such actions. In the event that any liability is attributed to the supplier, such liability is limited to the price paid by you to the supplier for the activity.

You consent to receive medical treatment in the case of injury, accident or illness during the activity and to indemnify the supplier against any claims in respect of this treatment.

You agree to listen to the guide, follow their instructions and make sure any children in your care do the same. The supplier reserves the right to remove or to refuse to allow any passenger to participate who does not comply with instructions or who is deemed to be a nuisance, acting recklessly or otherwise considered to be unsuitable, to participate.

This voucher is issued by an agent for the supplier providing the services and activities described and is non-transferable.

This voucher is based on fares and tariffs, which are, to the best of the supplier knowledge, correct at the time of issue. Any price increases arising since the date of issue are at the cost of the customer and payable to the Operator before departure.

Cancellations by the supplier - The supplier reserves the absolute right to cancel or vary any service for any reason including as a result of weather conditions, insufficient reservations or any unforeseen event or circumstance. The selling agent and/or the supplier accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities of the supplier.

Up until 24 hours prior to the date and time of any pre-paid reservation you may change (subject to availability) or cancel your booking at no charge by contacting the supplier directly.

Within 24 hours of any scheduled reservation any change to the booking is at the absolute discretion of the supplier and may incur a fee up to a maximum of 100% of the price paid for the activity or service.

In the event that a pre-paid reservation is not utilised by the customer without any notification to the supplier this voucher is deemed to have been used.

Any decision regarding an exception to these terms and conditions will be made entirely at the discretion of the supplier.
