CANCELLATIONS BY WILD ON WAIHEKE LTD For outdoor activities occasionally the weather may prevent us from running the event in a safe and suitable environment. Wild on Waiheke reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities if they feel the conditions are unsuitable. In this event we will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the participant in sufficient time to notify of the cancellation. Alternately we may offer to substitute the outdoor activities with indoor activities. In the event that Wild on Waiheke deem the weather makes it unsuitable to conduct our outdoor activities, the client can choose between transferring the event to an alternative date, or come for lunch anyway and a full refund will be given on the activities portion. We do not charge administrative fees for weather cancellations made by Wild on Waiheke.

A vineyard AND craft brewery tasting all in one - at Wild on Waiheke we perform an informative yet&nbsp;humorous&nbsp;tasting that promises not to intimidate (we&#39;re not that serious round here). &nbsp;Instead we give you a friendly and welcoming introduction to our unique family owned venue. 
 
First up we greet you with a taste of our very own Wild Estate wine from our boutique vineyard, of which extremely limited wines are sold exclusively at Wild on Waiheke.

At Wild on Waiheke, we&rsquo;re passionate about two things: our craft brewery and our boutique vineyard. Come visit us on our charming family-owned venue on Waiheke Island and try our amazing wine and beer tasting. We try to make our tastings as both fun and informative as possible. We don&rsquo;t take things too seriously around here, so we don&rsquo;t want our tastings to be too technical. Instead, we want you to have fun, drink some awesome beer and wine and learn a little while you&rsquo;re at it. &nbsp;

First, we start off with a glass of our delicious Wild Estate wine from our very own boutique vineyard. The only place you can buy this particular wine is actually at Wild on Waiheke. This means you can consider yourself our special guest since you get to try it.

Next up, we explore a few beauties from our outstanding craft brewery. We&rsquo;ll serve you a taste of two of our most popular craft beers which will change the way you think about beer forever. We brew these beers out back and have them on tap in the store so our guests always get the best of the best.

While you sip on your beer, we&rsquo;ll bring out some yummy treats for you: a sample of Te Matuku Oysters. They&rsquo;re a local seafood delicacy and are simply a little piece of heaven. And don&rsquo;t worry &ndash; if you&rsquo;re not a big fan of oysters, we&rsquo;ll be happy to replace yours with an extra taste of wine or beer.

To round off your awesome visit at Wild on Waiheke, we&rsquo;ve prepared something very special. We&rsquo;re famous all over the world (or at least here on Waiheke Island) for our all-natural ginger beer, and guess what &ndash; you&rsquo;ll get to try it! It&rsquo;s the star of our craft brewery and we&rsquo;re very proud to serve it to you. To pamper you a little extra, we&rsquo;ll serve samples of our own sauces, spreads and chutneys which you can also buy in our store. But be careful &ndash; they&rsquo;re addictive!

Your host during this lovely beer and wine tasting is our cellar door manager who is quite the comedian. He likes to mix in plenty of jokes to make the tasting a little less technical and intimidating. In other words, we want your visit at Wild on Waiheke to be informative without making you feel like you&rsquo;re in an advanced science class. This way, all you need to do is come out to us on Waiheke Island and let us pamper you with our best wine and beers.

HIGH SEASON Waiheke Island is particularly busy during the summer months. We strongly suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please also be advised that ferrys and buses are also busy, so you need to allow extra time as we cannot refund or exchange tour tickets if you miss your booked time.

BOOKED TIMES: Due to the high demand for our activities, the confirmed start time will be the time the activities begin, therefore please arrive 10 minutes before your activity to check in. For late arrivals, Wild on Waiheke reserves the right to: - Reduce the time of your activities (ie if you start later, your finish time remains as booked) - Charge additional costs to cover extra staffing (only offered if no booking is directly after yours &amp; staff can reschedule) - Cancel the booking with no refund given

OUR CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING A HEN/STAG GROUP BOOKING: All Stag &amp; Hen parties are subject to agreeing to our Terms &amp; Conditions above plus a few extras below. Please just remember that whilst we offer these parties, we are also a family venue and it is our right to turn down any booking we don&#39;t feel is appropriate for our venue. -One stag and hen group per day (we can&#39;t have a venue full of Stag &amp; Hen do&#39;s, so I&#39;m afraid it&#39;s first in first served) -Prebooked only - no walkin Stag &amp; Hen groups. -You must state when booking if you are a hen/stag party. -No excessive swearing (hey, remember we&#39;re a family venue, and one day it could be your kids on the next table) -No lewd costumes -Maximum 20 per group -Morning bookings only, departure by 2pm This is an R18 tour - if you look under 25 you must bring ID to guarantee service. If you don&#39;t like Oysters, this will be substituted for an extra taste of beer or wine.

Fun-Filled Beer, Wine & Oyster Tasting

Ferry&#39;s run on the hour, so if you book a 10.15&nbsp;activity, get the ferry 1.5 hours prior (8:45&nbsp;am), then catch the bus to Onetangi (Busstop&#39;s at our gate approx 1.15) allowing time to check-in for a 10.15 am start.
