At what time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour reservation.
Are there any health / physical restrictions?
Part of the fun is that we will be driving in open waters. Although these waters are usually calm, the harbor can get choppy at times so we do not allow participants that are/have:
- Pregnant
- Neck or back problems
- Had recent surgery
- Heart disease/illness
- Asthma or claustrophobia
What should I bring?
- $13 USD dock fee per person
- Cash for tips and souvenirs
- Personal towel
- Biodegradable sunscreen
- Photo I.D. that matches the credit card used to book the reservation
Where are you located?
We are located across the street from the “J. W. Marriot Hotel” on the lagoon side at the Hotel Zone’s 14.5 km. in the parking lot of “Fred’s House Restaurant”. You will see a white speedboat outside the check-in office.
Where can I leave my belongings?
There are lockers available for rental in the premises for 50 pesos (around $2.6 USD) or you can also leave it at the jet ski common area, however this is at your own risk as we are not responsible for lost objects.
What if I've never driven a jet ski before?
No problem! You do not nee dany previous experience. As long as you comply with teh age limit you can drive the jet ski on this tour.
