At Cinco Ceibas Rainforest Reserve and Adventure Park, we have created tours that are unique in Costa Rica, with virtually no impact on our pristine environment. You can enjoy our rainforest by walking over an elevated boardwalk or ride a trail horse with magnificent views. Take a tranquil float on a kayak down the Rio Cuarto. After that enjoy an educational and cultural tour on an oxen wagon with &quot;Flaco and Gordo&quot; our oxen friends.

Marvel at the huge ceiba trees and enjoy the biodiversity, birds, flowers, and animals. Our facilities are unique, it&#39;s the only architectural construction where fifteen years of reforestation is converted into beautiful in-outdoors facilities. Structures that were built mostly from natural resources on the farm now show top-notch hospitality.

<h2>Reservations, Payments and Cancellations Policies</h2>

Gray Line Shuttle and Airport Shuttle: Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure will be considered a &quot;no-show;&quot; therefore, no refunds will be made. Transfers are based upon scheduled departures. Private transfers are available upon request. Rates are subject to change without previous notice due to increases from our suppliers and/or changes in government taxes.

One day Tours: Cancellations within 36 hours prior to departure will be considered a &quot;no-show;&quot; therefore, no refunds will be made.

Hotels and packages: &nbsp;All bookings must be paid in full prior to client&#39;s arrival. &nbsp;Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to client&#39;s arrival will be considered a no-show, and are subject to the penalties imposed by hotels and other service suppliers. <h2>Baggage</h2>

Baggage is carried under passenger&#39;s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it&#39;s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles.

<h2>Adventure Activities</h2>

When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places were the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities.

<h2>Accidents</h2>

Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.

Minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to run; if the minimum size is not reached, the tour is subject to cancellation and all tickets are refunded or rescheduled.
