		<li aria-level="2">Hot air ballooning is contingent upon suitable weather conditions. Should we have to cancel due to unfavourable weather:</li>
		<li aria-level="1">If you decide not to rebook or cannot find an alternative date for the ballooning experience, the Cairns Aquarium entry will still be available for you on the scheduled day, however, the cost of the Cairns Aquarium will no longer be complimentary and the standard retail price of $58 per person for the Cairns Aquarium will be deducted from the original payment when processing your refund.</li>

	<li>Refund Policy Following Rebooking:
	<ul>
		<li aria-level="1">If you reschedule hot air ballooning, attend the Cairns Aquarium entry before the rescheduled date, and subsequently decide to cancel the balloon ride within the acceptable cancellation timeframe, a refund is available. However, the regular retail price of the Cairns Aquarium entry will be deducted from this refund.</li>

The balloon flight lasts around 30 minutes, with the entire experience, including transfers, spanning about 4-5 hours.

Time spent at the Aquarium is at guests discretion. The Aquarium is open until 3pm

It is a safety requirement&nbsp;that all travellers are able to walk from the bus across to the balloon basket, board the basket via two foot holes (1.2m in height) and stand for the duration of the flight all unassisted.

It&#39;s a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow adventurers, our pilot, and support crew, sharing stories and forging new friendships. Please be aware that our offerings may vary to ensure we always serve the finest local produce available.

The tour finish time varies with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise).&nbsp; After the flight you will be dropped off at&nbsp;Cairns Aquarium to See Australia&rsquo;s only 10-meter Deep Reef Tank, 360-degree Oceanarium, 20-meter underwater tunnel, mangrove boardwalk, and Australia&rsquo;s largest freshwater exhibit.

&nbsp;

Transfer back to your accommodation after the aquarium visit is not included and you will need to make your own way home from Cairns Aquarium.&nbsp;Cairns Aquarium is open daily from 10am - 3pm with last admission at 2pm.
