	<li>COVID19 related Cancellations will receive a gift voucher at the exact price of the booking with no expiration date. Customers can re-book any date available</li>
	<li>Due to severe weather events our private buses may be cancelled and the ability to either change the date or a full refund will be offered.</li>

Firstly, you&#39;ll&nbsp;start the day with a visit to the most beautiful waterfall in the area &ndash; Killen Falls. Thick rainforest surrounds the spilling waterfall with hollowed caves underneath to explore. With viewpoints from both top and bottom, you can get a photograph from any angle! Turtles, wallabies, and many native birds are also quite common to see in the area.

Then, the&nbsp;next stop is the beautiful Balinese styled hot pools where relaxation becomes instant. With an abundance of hot pools &amp; saunas to choose from, you really do mistake yourself for being in Bali. Beautiful gardens surround you as you sit back and unwind &ndash; it&#39;s genuinely a must-do when in Byron Bay.

The third destination is to find those delicious local spirits. The chosen distillery for the day is dependant on the day of the week you are booking. However, all Byron Bay distilleries offer exceptional spirits &amp; cocktails regardless. You will receive a fully guided tasting and learn about the local ingredients used in the distilling process. The natural fruity flavours infused in the spirits make for the ultimate tastings, and the time to try some signature cocktails is allocated afterwards (not included).

Finally, you&#39;re&nbsp;off to a favourite hidden beer garden. This popular Byron Bay spot is not well known&nbsp;by most tourists but is popular among locals. Excellent food coupled with great drinks and scenery makes your&nbsp;lunch destination for the day even more relaxing. Sit on the grass under an umbrella and unwind as you&#39;re served&nbsp;up a fabulous meal, with&nbsp;a drink in your hand.

Wow. The day flew by and we would do it all over again.

Unforgettable and amazing!

This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an experience like this.

	<li>Any customers that participate in our brewery bus will have their Identification checked upon entry to the Vehicle. Any customers that are under the age of 18 will have their booking cancelled on the spot without a refund. Please ensure Identification is with at you all times during this service otherwise refusal may occur at any premises.</li>
	<li>Services will only be running if the minimum number of passengers is reached. A minimum of 7 passengers is needed (private buses not included). If a bus does not reach this capacity The Operator will have the authority to cancel the service. Customers will then have the opportunity to either receive a full refund of the booking or reschedule onto another date. Cancellations of services will be announced no later than 24hrs before departure.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Please note that there is no food or beverages provided on our service. This is a Transportation service only.</li>
	<li>Items Stolen or lost on this service is not the responsibility of The Operator, passengers should not leave items on the vehicle. Any items lost whilst at a destination will not be the responsibility of the company also.</li>
	<li>Customers that miss departure time will not receive a refund for this service. A 10 minute prior to departure warning has been given with booking confirmation to ensure passengers are on time. Any Customers On the service need to follow and abide by all measures put in place by each establishment for health and safety. If any Passengers refuse to do so, the booking will be suspended.</li>
	<li>Refusal to enter the bus will occur if customers have any flu-like symptoms. Online check-in to disclaim that no such symptoms are present will be required on arrival.</li>
	<li>If death or injury occurs whilst on one of The Operator&rsquo;s services, it is the consumer&#39;s responsibility to of organised travel insurance that will cover this liability. By booking onto this service, you are confirming that you have purchased travel insurance prior to departure. If a passenger is to book this service without insurance, it is their wholesome responsibility to pay for any medical and professional costs.</li>
	<li>Any customers that are deemed too intoxicated at the commencement of the brewery shuttle bus will be refused boarding. Customers that are too intoxicated will have the ability to change the booking date that suits subject to availability. Once on the service, The Operator does not take any responsibility for customers that are refused entry to any establishments because of intoxication levels.&nbsp; Customers may enter back onto the bus when the scheduled pick-up time arrives. It is the customer&#39;s duty of care to not be too intoxicated whilst on this service. If a customer becomes too intoxicated The Operator has the ability to cease the rest of their service.</li>
	<li>A cleaning fee of $65 will occur if a passenger releases any forms of bodily fluids whilst in transit. This fee will be paid upon conclusion of the service. No food or alcohol will be permitted on this service.</li>
	<li>Whilst on the bus, any damage to the bus during the service will be paid in full by the passenger at fault. Any violence or misbehaviour will have the passengers booking instantly ceased and all measures will be put in place accordingly to the event at matter. All passengers must abide by all NSW road rules when in the vehicle. If a passenger is found to break any of these rules and not abide whilst in the vehicle, their booking will be terminated and refused re-entry to the vehicle. If a passenger is found to not follow these laws accordingly and state police are to catch them in the act, It&#39;s the passenger&#39;s wholesome responsibility to pay any fines that may occur to either themselves or the driver.</li>
