Passengers must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure or seats will be re-assigned.
You are welcome to wear casual clothing, swimwear, or anything you don’t mind getting wet! You can ride barefoot or with shoes, however high heels are not permitted.
To ensure the safety of passengers, cameras are not permitted on-board. The tour operator will take awesome photos and videos of you during the ride which can be purchased on the wharf.
Please wear sunscreen (and apply it before check-in).
There are lockers on the wharf, and while the operator aims to take great care of your belongings, they are left at the wharf at your own risk.
