Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy on the bus. However, for the comfort of other passengers, the operator does not allow hot drinks or hot food on board as the odour quickly spreads throughout the coach. Instead, there will be a dinner stopover on the journey back to Sydney where you can enjoy a hot meal. 

Please ensure any drinks brought with you are non-alcoholic, as the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board the coach. For safety purposes, any drinks in glass bottles are also not allowed on board.

This tour operates during the snow season, which typically lasts from June until September in the Snowy Mountains region. However, we advise checking the tour availability and schedule when booking for the most up-to-date information. 

Yes, the overnight journey means you’ll arrive at your destination early the next morning, giving you as much time as possible to explore the snowfields.

Each coach is equipped with luxurious reclining seats to help you properly unwind and relax during the overnight trip. These plush seats offer ample legroom and support, ensuring you can find the perfect position for a restful sleep. 

The tour departs in the evening and travels overnight, so this is the booking date. You will ski the day after you booked.

For example:

If you book the tour on a Friday, you will depart Friday evening and Ski on the Saturday.

If you book the tour on a Saturday, you will depart Saturday evening and Ski on the Sunday.

If you have your own gear, you’re more than welcome to bring it with you and skip the lines at the hire shop! However, if you don’t have any gear of your own or you’d prefer to travel light, that’s fine too.

Upon arrival at the Snowy Mountains, you’ll be able to hire snow gear and equipment at discounted rates, ensuring you have everything you need for a fantastic day on the slopes.
