Solway Lass is a beautifully preserved ship with a rich history that you&rsquo;ll feel the moment you step on board. Today, she provides leisurely sailing tours around the islands. Itinerary:</h2>

<h3>Day 1</h3>

Depart from the Coral Sea Marina (formerly the Abell Point Marina) at 9am and set&nbsp;sail towards the enchanting Tongue Bay, which serves as your gateway to the world-renowned Whitehaven Beach. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area with a short, guided bush walk up to the Hill Inlet Lookout. Here, you&#39;re treated to breathtaking views of the 7km stretch of Whitehaven Beach&#39;s remarkable sands, offering a perfect photo opportunity and a moment to take in the stunning landscape.

After soaking in the panoramic vistas, jump back onboard and head to the southern end of Whitehaven Beach for the afternoon. Head ashore and get ready for a variety of beach activities, or simply relax and enjoy the silica sand between your toes. As the day winds down, anchor at Whitehaven Beach, where you&#39;ll witness your first majestic Whitsunday Island sunset, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

<h3>Day 2</h3>

Start the day with a delightful breakfast against the stunning backdrop of Whitehaven Beach. With energy levels replenished, you&#39;ll have the chance to head ashore for paddleboarding, beach games, or a leisurely walk up to the Whitehaven Beach South lookout, offering a new perspective of this magnificent beach.

After lunch on board, sail north towards one of Hook Island&#39;s beautiful bays. Feeling energetic? Get involved with setting the sails or taking the helm, truly immersing yourself in the sailing experience.&nbsp; Arrive in time for a quick afternoon snorkel in the clear waters, exploring the vibrant marine life before enjoying another golden hour sunset over the Whitsundays. The day concludes with dinner on deck, sharing travel stories and forming connections under the starlit sky.

On the final day, greet the morning with breakfast on the top deck, then it&#39;s time to don your snorkeling gear and dive into the underwater world, where the fringing coral reefs and their colorful inhabitants await.

For those who prefer to stay dry, a walk up to the Langford Island lookout offers stunning photographic opportunities, with views of the majestic 120-year-old&nbsp;Solway Lass in the distance.

&nbsp;

Following a leisurely lunch, you&#39;ll set the sails for the last time, making your way across the Whitsunday Passage back to Airlie Beach, where you&#39;ll arrive at 4.00 pm, bringing your unforgettable Whitsundays sailing adventure to a close.

Your trip includes all meals and snacks throughout the duration of the trip. The tour uses locally sourced, seasonal fruits and vegetables and the&nbsp;crew freshly prepare each meal for you to enjoy. It&#39;s usually served as a buffet-style, and you can eat anywhere onboard. Meals are a great communal time to get to know your fellow travelers. 
 
 
 
Continental breakfasts; healthy, fresh, and hearty lunches; BBQ dinners in true &lsquo;Aussie&rsquo; fashion, and even dessert! Never go hungry with big servings and plenty of snacks in between. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

	Guests should note that sailing, snorkelling and aquatic activities can be a dangerous and while our crew will make every effort to ensure guest safety, the Operator cannot be accountable for actions of guests that are beyond crew control.

	Guests will be required to complete a pre-departure questionnaire, and sign a travel agreement during the check-in process. Guests should be aware that marine stingers and other marine life live in the oceans. The Operators have the applicable Shipowners insurance to cover public liability for our guests and staff. A copy of the certificate will be forwarded if required.

	The Operator reserves the right to alter the tour or the itinerary of any of its tours and organise alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. The Operator will always consider the safety of guests and staff and as a result, some of the Whitsunday Icons may not be visited if the wind, visibility or wave/tidal conditions are not suitable or parts of the park have been closed by the managing authority. If it is raining,&nbsp;tours still operate, as the guests can still experience the Whitsundays, including swimming and bushwalking. If the winds are light, the tours will still run, however, it will be necessary to use the motors on the boats to get to the stops around the islands.

	The tour does not provide any guarantee that the winds will be consistent and from the correct direction to make sailing always possible. The Whitsundays is deemed partially smooth waters and tours will only be cancelled if the Regional Harbour Master closes the area due to gale warnings or the Operator deems it unsafe to travel. If tour cancellations are necessary and ticket balance payment or pro-rate refunds are approved, the amount being paid for the ticket to the operator will be refunded. Explore Whitsundays does not cover additional costs over or above the ticket amount. We do not guarantee refund of the travel agent commission component or any other costs associated with the guests travel arrangements.

	Minimum Guest Numbers: Where the tour&nbsp;does not meet the minimum number of guests to operate a service, it may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative TOUR of similar or higher standard, or alternatively refund the amount being paid to the operator for that tour. We do not guarantee refund of the travel agent commission component. Where a tour of lesser standard is arranged, any difference in the ticket prices will be refunded.

	Diets: Requests for alternative dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free diets and dairy/lactose-free) will incur a surcharge payable on check-in. &nbsp;Please note, that the tour is&nbsp;unable to accommodate Halal and Kosher requirements.

	Luggage: Guests are asked to limit luggage as storage on yachts is minimal. Guests should pack in soft-sided bags, NO Trolley bags, please. Tours on Solway Lass, guests will be provided with a soft bag to pack in at check in. Guests with luggage to store can store at our checkin office for a small fee. Guests should pack in a small soft bag with no zippers.

	Guest Behaviour: the Operator has the right to refuse boarding of guests who arrive intoxicated or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances. While on Tour, Guests must abide by instructions from the Crew. Guests must also abide by the Law and public nuisance, harassment, abusing our staff or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests who refuse to follow instructions and jeopardise the safety and security of Crew, Guests, Themselves or the Vessel may be restrained and / or removed from the tour. All associated costs of removal will be borne by the guest and no refund of ticket monies will be provided.
