Love nature? Prepare to be enveloped in national park, boasting picturesque walking trails and palm-fringed beaches. Be sure to venture left from the jetty and meander along the shoreline until you encounter signs pointing to Muggy Muggy Beach and Mount Kootaloo.

&nbsp;

For the adventurous seeking a challenge, Mount Kootaloo beckons. Conquer the steep 7km-return track, weaving through ancient fern forests and ironbark groves. Traverse past the remnants of a World War II radar station, reaching the island&#39;s zenith for breathtaking panoramic views of the Family Group of Islands. The descent offers further exploration via the circuit track, a 3-4 hour journey through the island&#39;s heart, unveiling sights like Palm Valley and concluding at Coconut Beach.

If a more leisurely stroll aligns with your preferences, opt for the serene walk along Pallon Beach, leading to Coconut Beach via a lookout to the old farm.

For those enticed by the salty allure of the seas, the Muggy Muggy Beach turn-off invites a refreshing dip and snorkeling adventure. Alternatively, the beach directly from the jetty provides a perfect spot for seaside relaxation, regardless of the tide.

6.00am |&nbsp;Coach pickups from city Lake &amp; Abbott Streets&nbsp; 
6.30am&nbsp;|&nbsp;Coach departs Cairns Reef Fleet Cruise Terminal. Scenic southbound journey to the Cassowary Coast &amp; Mission Beach. 
8.30am&nbsp;|&nbsp;Clump Point Marine Facility - QuickCoast priority boarding commences, serving complimentary muffins, fruit salad, plus tea/coffee/juice. Select your preferred seats before general boarding. 
9.00am&nbsp;|&nbsp;QuickCoast departs Clump Point Marina Facility 
9.30am&nbsp;|&nbsp;QuickCoast arrives Dunk Island Jetty 
Lunch&nbsp;|&nbsp;A scrumptious 2 Course Picnic Lunch is included with fresh tropical fruits 
4.00pm&nbsp;|&nbsp;QuickCoast boarding at Dunk Island Jetty - Captains Cocktails pre-departure (optional at extra expense)

	<li>During October to April the tropical heat can be severe. If walking on tracks on the various islands, make sure you carry plenty of water, walk with a friend, have sun protection and don&#39;t walk in the middle of the day</li>
	<li>Unfortunately snorkelling and island activities are not available on our tours with mobility challenges. Whilst our vessel is mobility friendly the infrastructure at the reef and islands are not. All passengers to/from Dunk Island must be able to handle up to 20 stairs without a lift. Sometimes due to weather passengers with accessible requirements may be not able to disembark at Dunk Island due to unsafe conditions.</li>
