Then, enjoy a mixture of scenic cruising and action as you blast across Lake Wakatipu and down the world-famous Shotover and Kawarau Rivers with 45km of unforgettable thrills, 360-degree spins and exhilaration&nbsp;among some of the most beautiful scenery.

Afterwards, meet your wine guide back at the starting location at 11:00 am, where you&#39;ll&nbsp;begin your afternoon in the vines on the Boutique&nbsp;Queenstown Wine Tour.&nbsp;The Central Otago wine region spreads from the outskirts of Queenstown&#39;s Wakatipu Basin through picturesque valleys and dramatic gorges to the rolling vine-clad foothills of Bannockburn and beyond.

Enjoy tastings from four premium vineyards over the&nbsp;sub-regions of&nbsp;Gibbston and the lesser-known Cromwell and Bannockburn basin. The vineyards you might visit change daily, but specific vineyards can be requested. Tours may include Mt Difficulty, Chard Farm, Amisfield and Gibbston Valley Winery.

Stop in for lunch at a vineyard restaurant and take a tour around the vineyard, barrel hall and see the wine-making facilities. Savour a delightful platter-style lunch made with locally sourced produce and accompanied&nbsp;by a flight of wines.

The operator reserves all rights to cancel any activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: a) waterway, road or weather conditions; b) lack of numbers participating in the activity; c) unsuitability of guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a guest unsuitable or unfit to participate; d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the operator.

Environmental Policy: We have bottled water available on tour, however we encourage all guests to bring their own reusable water bottles to help reduce the impact of plastic on our environment. We also do not require a printed voucher to be presented upon check-in.

Refund Policy due to an announcement of Lockdown / Sudden Change of Levels

	<li>The&nbsp;standard refund policy applies, with bookings being fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to departure (minus a $10 transaction fee).</li>
	<li>If there are any sudden changes to alert levels inside 48 hours notice, please notify as soon as possible that your travel has been affected. We will work with you to either refund, hold or adjust the date. Any change of booking will be subject to availability.</li>
	<li>Proof of flight cancellations may be requested at the time of cancellation before refunds are issued.</li>
