Rain may not affect cruises proceeding unless deemed unsafe by the skipper; however, strong winds may cause cancellation due to unsafe conditions. The decision to cancel is at the sole discretion of The Operator. Weather predictions saying a &quot;possibility&quot; of thunderstorms will not cause a cancellation of a cruise.

The Operator&nbsp;will notify you the day prior or morning of a cruise if they need to cancel. If they cancel, they will transfer your booking to another date. If another date is not possible, they will refund your money in full. No refunds or transfers are given to those who choose not to participate in an activity because of inclement weather.

Boarding time is 8.30 am from Campbells Cove, The Rocks. This is usually the calmest part of the day and you will see the Sydney commuters going to work on their ferries as the sun glistens from the Opera House sails. It&#39;s a&nbsp;view you will never forget!

During your continuous cruise of the harbour, you will see all the significant icons. Travel&nbsp;under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, go within metres of the Sydney Opera House and view some of Australia&#39;s most extravagant waterfront properties. Then, cruise in and out of the more popular bays, including Darling Harbour, Farm Cove, Woolloomooloo, Darling Point, Point Piper, Rose Bay and Athol Bay.

	<li>Tours will run in all weather conditions unless deemed by the skipper on the day it is a safety reason to cancel.</li>
	<li>Sydney Boat Charters cruises will not proceed unless there is a minimum of 8 passengers booked on any given tour.</li>
	<li>The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, weather, including strong winds, storms and lightening risk, high seas, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible alternative cruise (subject to a refund or payment to cover any tour price difference) or, it this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.</li>
	<li>Any special passenger requirements must be notified to the Company at the time of booking. No passenger will be permitted to embark while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the Company, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers.</li>
	<li>Block out dates: Tours operate as scheduled throughout the year. Sydney Boat Charters does not operate on Christmas Day (25 Dec). Additional closures or itinerary amendments may be necessary as a result of third party supplier trading conditions.</li>
	<li>There is a 20% Surcharge on Public Holidays. 
	Public Holidays Include the Official Designated Days: New Years Day, Australia Day (26th January or the designated day), Easter Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, Anzac Day (25th April or designated day), Queens Birthday (June), Labour Day (October), Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day (26th December or the designated day)</li>

BOOKINGS POLICY

	<li>Privacy policy ensures all Credit Card details are confidential.</li>
	<li>Customers must be at arranged pick up location at least 10minutes before departure time.</li>
	<li>Customers must follow and listen to the crews instructions and all safety rules and regulations of the vessel.</li>
	<li>Any infringements of the rules or bad / intoxicated behaviour during a cruise will not be tolerated by the crew. The passenger will be given a warning but should bad or unruly behaviour continue the skipper reserves the right to drop the passenger at the nearest wharf. All costs associated with returning to the embarkation point will be solely the passengers cost.</li>
	<li>Should a customer wish to swim then the following rules apply:
	<ol>
		<li>The vessel must be stopped and at anchor</li>
		<li>No one can enter the water until a crewman advises it is safe to</li>
		<li>The company and crew take no responsibility for injury or loss of life associated with swimming</li>
		<li>Customers must follow crew instructions at all times and return to the vessel if and when required</li>
	</ol>
	</li>
	<li>Children aged between 8-15yrs old require 1 adult to accompany them around the vessel and or accompany them in the water if they wish to swim and at all times.</li>
	<li>Participants under the age of 18 must the responsible guardian, no unaccompanied minors will be allowed. All Children must have approval from guardian. Child rate is from 4yrs-15yrs. Infants 0-3 years old are free.</li>
	<li>Definition of an infant is 0 to 3 years old</li>
	<li>Definition of a child is 4 to 15 years of age</li>
	<li>Definition of an adult is 16 and above</li>
