If you have purchased the Explore ticket which includes a 1-day hop-on hop-off harbour cruise with Captain Cook Cruises, you will need to exchange your Captain Cook Cruises voucher at Captain Cook Cruises kiosks, located at Circular Quay - Wharf 6

The ticket is valid for two bus routes - the City (Red) Route and the Bondi (Blu) route.

City (Red) Route

Passengers can join at any of the Big Bus stops.

The hop-on, hop-off facility enables you to get on and off the bus at a number of exciting places to explore at your leisure. You can take a break from your tour whenever you wish to visit attractions and landmarks and re-join the tour at your convenience.

Suitcases (Including carry-on luggage) are not allowed on the bus due to space constraints and passenger safety. Third party luggage storage facilities are available close to stop 1 and stop 12/24.

• Important information: Vessels are wheelchair-accessible, however some stops have stair access. Toilet facilities are available onboard. Smoking is not permitted on board. Seats are not allocated - you are free to choose between indoor or outdoor seating.

Big Bus lower decks are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all.

There is space onboard for one wheelchair per bus.

Please note that the total weight of the customer, their assistant and mobility aid must not exceed 300kg due to the weight capacity of the boarding ramps.
