A hat, shoes (can be thongs), appropriately clothed (preferably your fun pants), camera, phone, water bottle, wallet (if you would like to purchase anything else on the tour) and a smile.

The Operator uses a fleet of both turbine and piston-powered helicopters, including the&nbsp;Robinson 44 (R44) and&nbsp;Bell 206L-4 (Longranger).

This scenic helicopter flight will lift off from Noosa Aerodrome, just 10 mins from the heart of Noosa. It will take you over sandy beaches and&nbsp;across to the rolling hills of the hinterland, where you will make a VIP landing at Dingo Creek Vineyard.

Dingo Creek Vineyard is for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Pouring some of the finest wine in the region, it&#39;s nestled on 26 acres in the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland, overlooking green pastures and rolling hills &ndash; it&#39;s a perfect destination for any occasion.

Your picnic among the vines includes a grazing basket for 2 to share featuring locally cured charcuterie, cheeses, relish, olives, baked pumpkin, hummus, fruit, nuts, crusty bread, and crackers, with triple chocolate brownie and strawberries to finish. It also includes one bottle of premium wine (choice of wines from the cellar door) and one&nbsp;large sparkling mineral water.

Pick up the basket, wine, and blanket at the cellar door before exploring the vineyard to find your chosen lunch spot and enjoy your foodie delights.

Before you leave, take the chance to purchase another bottle or two from the cellar door to take home with you.&nbsp;

On the return journey home, fly over&nbsp;Boreen Point&nbsp;and the beginning of the&nbsp;Noosa Everglades, a beautiful&nbsp;74-kilometre wetland&nbsp;that boasts 40% of the country&#39;s bird species. Then, follow the coast along&nbsp;Noosa North Shore,&nbsp;admiring the&nbsp;endless stretch of white-sand beach&nbsp;and pristine blue waters, full of marine life, including&nbsp;dolphins,&nbsp;manta rays,&nbsp;whales, and&nbsp;turtles.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Crossing the mouth of the&nbsp;Noosa River, pass the ever-popular&nbsp;Main Beach,&nbsp;plus&nbsp;Dolphin&nbsp;Point&nbsp;and&nbsp;Hell&#39;s Gates&nbsp;in the national park. Then continue along the coast of&nbsp;Sunrise and Castaways Beach&nbsp;before returning to the airfield by&nbsp;Lake Weyba.&nbsp;

The helicopter ride was my first, and what a fantastic way to see the vineyard. Lunch and the wineries were stunning, with everything pre-planned so you don't have to do anything but relax, wine, and dine in luxury! Every penny spent was well spent.

The helicopter ride over the vineyards was fantastic. It was great, and the selection of wineries was excellent. This is the tour you should not miss if you want to learn about the wine region in style.

Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change at any time, without notice in the event of changes to government charges, taxes, or levies.&nbsp;

Any verbal rate quoted is only an estimate of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation upon receipt of request.

All payments from overseas bank accounts must pay the invoice in full. Any bank and/or transaction fees are not payable by The Operator.

Payment Options

Agents with credit facilities will be invoiced post tour. Payment terms are strictly (14) days from invoice date.

Direct booking payments are accepted by the following methods:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Direct Deposit

Major Credit/Debit Cards Accepted (A 1.1% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions).

Cancellation Policy

No-shows will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of departure will attract a 75% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled 8-30 days prior to departure will attract a 25% cancellation fee.

COVID 19 Conditions

If your travel plans are affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions, we are more than happy to assess bookings on a case-by-case basis.

You will have the option to reschedule, transfer to a gift voucher (valid for 2 years) or offered a full refund.

Notice of no travel will need to be made prior to tour travel date. To assist us, please keep our bookings staff up-to date with any changes or proposed changes in your tour plans.

Child Policy

Infants aged 0-2 years can fly free of charge (FOC) on the lap of a parent or guardian with a maximum of 1 infant per flight (as per CASA regulations).

Children 3 years and older must occupy their own seat and will be charged at the standard per person rate.

Minimum Numbers

All flights require a minimum of 2 passengers.

There is no maximum.

Weight Limit

Payload limits apply to all aircraft. Accurate individual passenger body weights are required at time of booking.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry to company aircraft if this information is not provided.

Maximum individual seat weight limit of 130kg applies to all flights.

FOC Policy

Infants aged 0-2 years can fly free of charge (FOC) on the lap of a parent or guardian with a maximum of 1 infant per flight (as per CASA regulations).

Booking Procedure

Minimum 5 days&rsquo; notice for all national park helicopter tours.

Minimum 14 days&rsquo; notice required for group bookings more than 12 passengers.

All passenger names (given &amp; family) &amp; weights (kg) required prior to arrival.

All special requirements for passengers to be advised prior to arrival.

Payments Procedure

All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival unless you have been invoiced with payments terms.

25% deposit is payable for bookings made 14 days or more from departure date.

75% deposit is payable for bookings made between 7 and 13 days from departure date.

100% is payable for bookings made between 48 hours &ndash; 6 days from departure date.

Final balance to be paid no less than 48 hours prior to departure.

Responsibility

Sometimes, third party products will be included in special packages. As an agent on behalf of this product or service The Operator shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers to fulfil such travel arrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those service providers following the acceptance of the booking by them. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.

The Operator for itself, employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements.

The Operator its product and staff will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.

Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are your responsibility.

The Wholesale Partner confirms and agrees that this agreement is confidential between the Wholesale Partner and The Operator shall not, in any circumstances, divulge or permit to be divulged, the contents of this agreement
