As long as you have cycled a normal bike, you will be fine. E-bikes can either be ridden like a normal bike with no assist, or adjust the assist to give maximum help. You still have to pedal but the assist helps you to get up hills easily allowing you to enjoy the scenery and ride further. They also have padded gel seats for extra comfort.
Please note, that the ride is approximately 30km with lots of steep hills so a basic level of fitness is required and previous cycling experience is recommended. The ride is not suitable for young children and would most suit intermediate to advanced riders.
