	<li>Any riders who are under 18 years of age must have an adult present to check in and sign the waiver form in behalf of them. We require a valid identity card upon check in.</li>
	<li>For all our riders&#39; safety, we are not able to accommodate any riders who are 300 pounds and over as this exceeds the weight limit the manufacturer has advised for the bike&#39;s build. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do prioritize your safety during the ride.</li>

	<li>There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments.</li>
	<li>Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be&nbsp;listed&nbsp;as Unlimited Biking on the credit or debit card statement.</li>
</ol>

<p><em>*Canceling a booking with Unlimited Biking can result in cancellation fees being applied by&nbsp;Unlimited Biking, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via ONLY&nbsp;email&nbsp; to&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unlimitedbiking.com/terms-and-conditions/#">sales@unlimitedbiking.com</a></em></p>

<ol>
	<li>Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Ticket. These are non-refundable in all&nbsp;circumstances.</li>
	<li>Gift Certificate &ndash; These are non-refundable in all circumstances.</li>
	<li>Other Tour or Rental Products &amp; Services. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance,&nbsp;there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 2 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will&nbsp;be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours in advance, you will be&nbsp;charged&nbsp;a 100% cancellation fee.</li>

<p><em>*The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange&nbsp;or&nbsp;other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local&nbsp;currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on&nbsp;UnlimitedBiking.com and, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit&nbsp;card&nbsp;statement. Clients are requested to retain copies of any&nbsp;literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall&nbsp;issue&nbsp;Client&rsquo;s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an&nbsp;agreed&nbsp;contract, for the benefit of both parties.</p>
