The planes have large viewing windows that slope out. All passengers are welcome to take videos and photos. However, you must not rest cameras on the glass as it will distort the picture and scratch the glass.

Passengers are expected to arrive at the base 10 minutes prior to departure time.

The operator requires passengers to provide individual passenger weights. If an individual passengers weight exceeds 110 kg please inform our staff at the time of booking.

For all ferry services, we recommend arriving at the ferry terminal at least 45 minutes prior to ferry departure especially on public holidays and during the busy summer season.

There are a number of convenient parking buildings within walking distance of the downtown Ferry Terminal. The closest is the Downtown Car Park, located on the corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, roughly a 5-minute walk. 

Most ferries fully licensed cafés, WiFi, power points, luggage racks and bike racks. All ferries are equipped with toilets.
