This is an incredible way to see the Red Centre and we love that this tour included an Uluru Base Walk. You'll see sites such as the Mala Walk, Mutijulu Waterhole and Aboriginal Cave Paintings.
Day 1: Uluru Sunset
You will be picked at the front of Uluru (Ayers Rock Airport) or the Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara depending on your flight time. Pickups start from 12:30 pm. (Pick up at 12.30pm if you are flying from Melbourne and pick up at 1.45pm if you are flying from Sydney).
Your first destination is Uluru! Take in the breathtaking the sight of the World's Largest Rock.
You then have time to complete an Uluru Base Walk which is truly spectacular. You'll see the Mala Walk, Mutijulu Waterhole and Aboriginal Cave Paintings.
Spend tonight night at the Ayers Rock Campground with toilets and showers.
Eat dinner as you watch the sunset over Uluru and chat to your fellow travellers.
Day 2: Kata Tjuta and Uluru sunrise
Wake to a stunning Uluru sunrise before hitting the road today.
Head to Kata Tjuta where you'll feel the spiritual significance on a guided walk through to the Valley of the Winds. Be shown bush tucker along the hike before heading to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre where you can listen to tales from the 'Tjukurpa' Dreamtime.
Spend tonight night at the historic Kings Creek Station with toilets and showers, 20km from Kings Canyon.
Day 3: Kings Canyon
Kings Canyon is today's stop. Enjoy a 3 hour guided hike through the sandstone domes of the Lost City. Visit the many Amphitheatres, North & South Walls and the beautiful Garden of Eden.
On the way home, stop for an optional Camel Ride at the Camel Farm (3 to 5 minutes for $7) and head back to Alice Springs and civilisation.
Later, get cleaned up, and meet later with your guide for dinner and a couple of beers in The Rock Bar.
