What is the age limit to ride the jet boat?
Safety regulations require you to be a minimum of 5 years of age to ride.
Is the jet boat ride safe?
100%! These jet boats meet the highest regulation standards set by Marine Safety Queensland, with the entire fleet equipped with high-tech, auto-inflating life jackets. The operator carries out meticulous maintenance on the jet boats to keep them performing at premium safety levels. All jet boat drivers are the best in the field with hundreds of driver hours under their belts – they've never had an incident in its 15+ years' operating history.
Do you get wet during the ride?
Of course! It's all part of the fun! The tour supplies spray jackets though if you'd prefer to stay dry.
What should I wear?
On the jet boat ride, wear casual gear that you might wear to the beach or shopping around the Coast – remember, you're going to get wet! Thongs/flip-flops are fine. Bring cheap sunnies if you're worried about losing good ones when you spin out.
For the helitour, wear clothing you are comfortable in, however, The Operator does require a shirt to be worn at all times and closed-in shoes are preferred.

The tour departs from Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise – directly behind Vibe Hotel and Driftwood Social, riverside.
How many passengers does the boat hold?
The tour runs two, 14-seater boats and one, 18-seater boat.
